These files preserve the first GitHub-oriented starter package created before the Lititz BMX Record Collection terminology and dossier standard were finalized.
They are retained as a version-history layer. Terms such as Visually Enhanced Edition reflect the earlier workflow and are not the current collection-level standard.
The original starter-package ZIP remains in the private preservation supplement.
