Facebook Activity Archive v1.1.0 — Validation Report
Status: PASS
Validated: July 26, 2026
Release type: Human-access interface enhancement over the validated v1.0.0 source-record archive
Scope
This release adds a human-readable chronological feed and a scrollable master visual asset gallery without replacing, deleting or renumbering any source record, image derivative, register or fixity-controlled archival component from v1.0.0.
Source-record baseline
- Individually indexed source records: 23,318
- Post records: 10,963
- Posts and reels available to the chronological feed: 11,001
- Checksum-unique public still-image derivatives: 1,495
- Record-to-media relationships in the public search data: 4,770
Human-access interface checks
- Chronological feed initialized with 11,001 matching post/reel records and rendered 30 records per page.
- Feed full-text search returned 2,734 records for the test phrase
Harry Leary.
- Feed load-more control increased rendered records from 30 to 60.
- Master gallery initialized with 1,495 unique images and rendered 100 assets per page.
- Gallery search returned 16 unique images for the test term
JAD.
- Gallery detail dialog opened successfully and displayed linked source records, dimensions, exported-instance count, source path and SHA-256.
- Complete-record search continued to initialize with the first 300 of 23,318 records.
- Feed, gallery and search browser produced no JavaScript page errors in headless DOM testing.
Responsive checks
At a 390-pixel viewport:
- Feed document width matched the viewport with no horizontal overflow.
- Gallery document width matched the viewport with no horizontal overflow.
- Feed and gallery filter controls collapsed to a single-column mobile layout.
Data-integrity checks
- Gallery asset-detail register contains exactly 1,495 asset IDs.
- Gallery asset IDs match the existing image derivative manifest.
- Every gallery derivative path resolves to an existing public image file.
- Existing stable
FB-... record IDs and record paths were not modified.
- The feed and gallery consume the existing validated public search dataset rather than creating duplicate or competing records.
Repository-safety checks
- Release overlay modifies only the root
README.md and files beneath social-media/.
- No campaign, collection, artifact, learning-resource, record-collection, entertainment or standards content is removed or rewritten.
- JavaScript syntax checks: PASS.
- Changed Markdown and HTML relative-link resolution: PASS.
- Facebook archive SHA-256 manifest verification: PASS.
- Overlay ZIP/tree identity: PASS.
HTML export boundary
The separately supplied Facebook HTML text export remains an intake/reconciliation source. v1.1.0 does not silently replace JSON-derived canonical text with HTML-derived text and makes no claim that HTML-only shared-source content has already been reconciled. The new human-access views are built entirely on the previously validated JSON records and still-image relationships.
Result
No validation failures were found. The release is ready for repository deployment after the v1.0.0 commit and push are fully complete.
