How many pump tracks exist worldwide?

Velosolutions alone — one of the biggest global builders — reported 534 pump tracks in 50 countries as of 2022.

The site pumptrack.com, which maps tracks from many builders, currently lists 1,318 tracks worldwide.

The Trucks & Fins global database reports over 2,000 asphalt pump tracks mapped so far.

🧭 So what’s the real total?
Because:
not all pump tracks are asphalt,
many are built by local builders or communities,
and no single database captures every dirt or DIY track,
…the best supported estimate is:

⭐ Somewhere between 2,000 and 3,000 pump tracks worldwide,
with the number growing quickly each year.
