Absolutely — pump tracks are for everyone, and women and girls are already a huge part of the scene.
You see it at every level: little kids on balance bikes, teens finding their confidence, moms riding with their kids, and elite women racing at the UCI Pump Track World Championships. The sport doesn’t require upper‑body strength or big jumps — it’s all about rhythm, balance, and flow, which makes it incredibly welcoming.
What I love about pump tracks is how naturally they create mixed‑age, mixed‑skill, mixed‑gender spaces. Nobody has to “qualify” to be there. You just roll in, find your line, and have fun.
