🌀 What a Pump Track Is
A pump track is a continuous looping circuit made of rollers, banked turns (berms), and smooth transitions that riders move through without pedaling or pushing. Instead, you generate speed by “pumping”—using your body to push down on the backsides of rollers and unweight over the fronts.
