Michael Farrington that is awesome! We will be sitting down with Brian at some point and he guided us towards the march rec meeting. We mentioned 1.5 acre as a minimum goal but acknowledged we were not the experts. Thanks for this outline! I hope to swing by soon to say hello and pick your brain. 

For those not in the know: Green Mountain Cyclery, Ephrata, has been a wonderful supporter so far!
