We have had a chance to talk about talent development. As a retired talent development specialist/instructional designer, I am excited for @[100089825940300:2048:Byron Tgi Friday] and what he has built so far and the future he is looking to create through his program at https://www.mxteacher.com/. Check it out, it actually has way more potential that "just BMX" in my mind and he is just out-right-fun.

Sidenote: This isn't a filter that he used; he actually pulled out his old camcorder for fun. In a world of digital filters, be analog I always say; okay, I just that up but it sounded good.
