Welcome back to Pump Track Chat with Mark Stancliff & Kyle A. Huffman! Warwick Township Update🚴‍♂️

In this episode, we break down a HUGE update on the proposed Warwick Township pump track project — and let’s just say… it went better than we ever expected.

Here’s what we cover:

✅ Our meeting with the Warwick Township Board of Supervisors
✅ Township Manager Brian Harris showing real interest (and grabbing his business cards mid-meeting 👀)
✅ Why our 10-minute presentation turned into nearly 20
✅ Land size possibilities — from 9,000 sq ft to 43,000+ sq ft
✅ Guidance from Green Mountain Cyclery and local cycling leader Mike
✅ The potential of building along the Lititz–Ephrata Rail Trail
✅ Grassroots build vs. township-supported development
✅ What a UCI-compliant track could mean for Warwick Township
✅ Revenue, tourism, and community impact
✅ Next steps toward the Recreation Board meeting

We walked into that meeting expecting resistance.
Instead? We had engagement. Questions. Excitement.

One moment stood out — when we were asked:
“How much land do you need?”

That’s when we knew… we had their attention.

Now we’re preparing for the next phase — layouts, land proposals, and pushing toward making this vision a reality.

This isn’t just about dirt jumps.
It’s about community.
It’s about families riding together.
It’s about creating something that could grow from grassroots to regional destination.

🚴‍♂️ From zero dollars to “sky’s the limit.”
🚴‍♂️ From local build to potential UCI events.
🚴‍♂️ From idea… to impact.

If you believe in building better riding opportunities in Warwick Township, drop a comment and let us know what YOU’d like to see in a community pump track.

And remember:
If we don’t try — we’ll never have it.
