“Your Honor, Exhibit G raises the most serious question in this matter: whether Cru Jones (#33) remained within the marked course at all. In this frame, he appears to be on the outside of the boundary rope while the other riders remain on the proper racing side.
Even if the camera angle leaves room for interpretation, the visual evidence suggests a possible out-of-bounds line that may have allowed Jones to bypass the intended course flow.
If so, this is no longer merely aggressive racing—it is a potential course violation before Helltrack qualification.” - Duke Best / Jack Weston
